To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly update your account information as needed
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Video Content Guidelines
When uploading videos to DinkDapp, you agree that:
- You have the right to share the video content
- The video contains pickleball gameplay suitable for coaching review
- The content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights
- You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals in the video, if required
- The video does not contain inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
5. Payment Terms
By purchasing video review services:
- You agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified
- Fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in limited circumstances, such as if a review is not delivered within the stated timeframe or if there are significant quality issues with the review. To request a refund, please contact us at support@dinkdapp.com within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant DinkDapp a limited license to store, process, and share your videos with coaches for the purpose of providing review services.
Our Content: The DinkDapp name, logo, website design, and all related materials are owned by DinkDapp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
8. Coach Services
Coaches on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of DinkDapp. While we vet our coaches and maintain quality standards, the advice and feedback provided is for educational purposes only. DinkDapp is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from following coaching advice.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or coaches
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or features
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. COACHING ADVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR PICKLEBALL SKILLS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINKDAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
